We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery. To request a return, please raise a request on our website or contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
No return or refund request will be accepted after the 3-day return window has ended.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Unaltered
- With tags intact
- In its original packaging
- Returned with a receipt or proof of purchase
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
🔁 No Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product, color, or variant, you may place a new order on our website.
💸 Refund Process
Once your return request is approved within the 3-day return window, the return tracking details will be shared with you.
The refund will be initiated only after we receive the returned parcel and complete the quality check.
Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging and that the packaging remains intact during return.
After verification, our team will contact you to collect your UPI details. The eligible refund amount will then be transferred directly to your account.
- A return shipping fee of ₹150 per item will be deducted from the refund amount.
- COD charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 8 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
⏱️ Strict Return Window
Return and refund requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. No refund will be issued for any request raised after the 3-day return window ends.
🎁 Surprise Me Orders
Items purchased under the “Surprise Me” option are not eligible for return or refund.
Since the color is randomly selected as part of the Surprise Me experience, all such orders are considered final sale. Please make your selection mindfully, as every Stickypod meets our quality standards.
🏷️ Buy 3 Get 1 Free Return Policy
Orders placed under our “Buy 3 Get 1 Free” offer are eligible for return only if all four items are returned together in unused condition.
If only some items are returned, the refund amount will be adjusted based on the regular price of the items kept. This means the offer will no longer apply to the order.
🚚 No Cancellations After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may raise a return request after delivery, subject to this return policy.
⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately and share the unboxing video for verification.
If the product has been used, altered, damaged after delivery, returned without original packaging, or the return request is raised after the 3-day return window, the return request may be rejected and no refund will be issued.
