⚠️ Parcel Lost in Transit

If our delivery partners lose your package, we provide two options after courier confirmation:

  • Full Refund: The refund process may take 15–30 days, as courier companies need time to locate the lost parcel and confirm its status.
  • Reshipping: A replacement will be dispatched within 15–30 days, subject to the courier’s final confirmation.

🏠 Incorrect or Insufficient Address

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
