Returns & Exchanges

✅ Easy Returns & Refunds!
We offer a 3-day return window after delivery for your convenience! To initiate a return, simply contact us within 3 days. Ensure your item is in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Shipping fees (150 Rupees) will be deducted per item, and refunds will be credited within 5-8 business days after your return is received and inspected.

COD (Cash On Delivery) Charges are non-refundable.

Please note that returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. International returns may take longer to process.

🎲 Surprise Me Orders – Final Sale
Items purchased under the "Surprise Me" option are not eligible for return or exchange. Since the color is randomly selected as part of the Surprise Me experience, all such orders are considered final sale. Please make your selection mindfully — all colors are equally loved, and every Stickypod meets our quality standards.

🛍️ Buy 3 Get 1 Free Return Policy
Orders placed under our “Buy 3 Get 1 Free” offer are only eligible for returns if all four items are returned together in unused condition.

If only some items are returned, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the regular price of the items kept, effectively canceling the offer.

❌ No Cancellations After Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can easily return it.

❌ Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately and share the unboxing video. However, if the item has been used or altered in any way, no return will be issued.
